Discover our primary range of architectural and industrial profiles engineered for precision, thermal performance, and global compliance.
Modern architectural development globally demands lightweight, structural, and sustainable solutions. Metal ceiling installations—specifically extruded aluminum ceiling profiles—have moved to the forefront of building technology. Unlike gypsum or timber, extruded aluminum provides structural longevity, corrosion resistance, and complete design freedom. In commercial building projects globally, the choice of ceiling materials is guided by both aesthetics and structural requirements, such as fire hazard ratings, seismic movement allowances, and green building certifications (including LEED and BREEAM).
"The modern design paradigm requires materials to integrate seamlessly into digitized workflows. Aluminum ceiling profiles manufactured in China are designed to exact tolerances to align with international CAD and BIM standards, minimizing on-site fabrication conflicts and scrap rates."
From transit hubs like international airports and train stations to high-hygiene environments like medical facilities and tech offices, aluminum ceiling profiles serve multiple roles. They house integrated linear LED lighting, accommodate complex HVAC diffusers, and hide building services while remaining accessible. As urbanization accelerates across Asia, Europe, and North America, the market requires manufacturers who can provide architectural-grade structural profiles and also meet tight commercial deadlines with large-volume, high-quality production.
Achieving structural safety and aesthetic finish in custom ceilings starts with precise metallurgy. Our profiles are mainly extruded from premium 6000 Series (6063-T5/T6) aluminum alloys. The chemical composition is strictly managed to ensure optimal mechanical properties, ease of extrusion, and excellent surface finishes.
Alloy 6063 is the standard choice for architectural ceiling baffles, slat panels, and suspension systems due to its smooth surface finish and good corrosion resistance. T5 tempering (air cooled and artificially aged) provides standard stability, whereas T6 tempering (press quenched and artificially aged) delivers higher tensile and yield strength, ideal for structural frames and heavy-duty suspension grids.
We manufacture to global tolerances, matching EN 755-9 and ASTM B221 standards. This ensures that every baffle, slat, and panel alignment remains straight over long runs, preventing visible joints from warping or buckling under temperature changes. Standard wall thicknesses range from 0.8 mm to 3.0 mm, optimized based on structural loads and spans to reduce weight without compromising strength.
Ceiling profiles in indoor and outdoor settings face different challenges, from coastal humidity to intense UV exposure. Our four factories are equipped with modern surface finishing lines to provide durable protective coatings and premium aesthetics.
Increases oxide layer thickness for superior wear and corrosion resistance. Anodizing creates a premium metallic sheen that won't peel or flake, ideal for industrial spaces and modern office projects.
Electrostatic application of dry thermosetting powders, cured under high heat. We offer a full range of RAL colors. Resistant to cracking, chalking, and chemical cleaners.
Combines the warmth of natural wood with the fire performance, lightweight properties, and stability of aluminum. Excellent for acoustic baffles and exterior soffits.
Established in 2009, Aoli Aluminum is a vertically integrated manufacturer specializing in research, development, production, and sales of high-performance aluminum alloy profiles. Our head office is based in Sihui, Guangdong, with sales and branch offices in Foshan, Guangdong. We operate under a robust ISO quality management system.
Under our main brand "Aolijie", we manage four production bases equipped with extrusion equipment ranging from 900 tons to 2000 tons. This ensures we can produce anything from small, detailed profiles to heavy structural industrial sections.
"Aolijie" represents high-quality Chinese engineering. Our name stands for: A (First choice) + LI (Leading indicator) + Jie (Masterwork in Chinese).
Our founder, Mr. Wong, entered the building materials sector in 2000 during a phase of rapid urban construction in China. Recognizing the environmental benefits of aluminum—a lightweight, strong, and highly recyclable metal—he focused on creating high-quality, durable extrusions to build sustainable cities globally.

Equipped with automated extrusion presses, deep CNC machining capability, and advanced surface treatment lines, we handle everything from billet casting to custom fabrication.

Quality is our top priority. We operate under strict quality management and hold international certifications to meet rigorous building codes worldwide.

Our quality control workflow operates under ISO 2859 and ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 standard sampling plans. To ensure every batch shipped meets technical design specifications, we perform extensive mechanical and physical tests in our on-site laboratories:
Chemical Analysis
Tensile Strength Test
Hardness Test
Dimensional Check
Coating Test
Salt Spray Test
UV Aging Test
Our custom extrusions are designed to solve structural, safety, and aesthetic requirements across diverse environments globally.
Used in airport lounges and metro concourses. Aluminum linear baffles allow smoke extraction, house automated sprinkler systems, and integrate linear lighting channels for high-traffic zones.
Ideal for medical labs and cleanrooms. Features tight-fitting clip-in aluminum panels with antimicrobial, polyester powder coatings. Resists chemical cleaning cycles and prevents particulate buildup.
Open-cell and screen systems that balance acoustic properties and modern aesthetics. Integrated backing grids carry sound-absorbing acoustic fleeces to control reverberation in open-plan offices.

We supply high-precision custom aluminum profiles to developers, contractors, and industrial clients worldwide.

As the building industry focuses on sustainability, reducing carbon emissions in material production is critical. Aoli Aluminum is committed to adopting sustainable practices across our operations to reduce the environmental footprint of our profiles.
Using post-industrial and post-consumer recycled aluminum scrap helps us significantly reduce energy consumption during manufacturing. Re-melting aluminum scrap requires only about 5% of the energy needed to produce primary aluminum from bauxite, helping us lower the carbon footprint of our extruded products.
Our manufacturing sites utilize heat recovery systems in the aging ovens and extrusion preheaters. By upgrading to energy-efficient burners and transitioning to renewable energy sources, we aim to systematically lower emissions, supporting developers in meeting LEED, BREEAM, and DGNB certifications.
For architectural ceilings (baffles, slat panels, grids), 6063-T5 is the standard choice due to its smooth surface and ease of coating. If the project requires high-load carrying frames or structural clips, 6063-T6 or 6061-T6 is recommended for their higher yield and tensile strength.
For coastal or highly humid environments, we recommend PVDF (fluorocarbon) coatings or high-durability powder coatings matching AAMA 2605 specifications. Class I anodizing (oxide layer thickness ≥ 15 microns) also offers excellent protection against salt spray and atmospheric corrosion.
Yes, we customize profiles to match your engineering drawings. We accept DWG, DXF, and STP files, and our engineers optimize the design for extrusion. Tooling development, prototyping, and testing are done on-site to ensure accuracy.
We manufacture to EN 755-9 and ASTM B221 standards. During production, extruded profiles go through automated mechanical stretching to eliminate twisting and bow tolerances, ensuring straightness over long runs.
Every batch includes a Mill Test Certificate (MTC) containing raw material heat numbers, chemical composition analysis, hardness readings, tensile strength test results, and coating thickness measurements.
Yes. By using recycled billets, optimizing energy use, and offering zero-VOC powder coatings, our products can help your projects earn points under the Materials and Resources (MR) category in LEED certification.
Tooling design and die manufacturing typically take 10 to 15 days. Mass extrusion and surface finishing require 15 to 20 days, depending on batch volume and surface treatments. Total lead times generally range between 25 and 35 days.
