Engineered Systems / Structural Integrity / Direct-from-Factory
Modern building design relies on unitized and stick curtain wall structures to merge aesthetics with structural stability. As cities densify, high-performance building envelopes are key to meeting energy codes and structural requirements. The global market for aluminum curtain walls is moving fast, driven by demands for sustainable thermal performance, seismic safety, and wind resistance.
For curtain wall manufacturers and factories, production is no longer just about basic extrusion. It requires advanced materials engineering. Choosing the right alloys (like 6063-T5 or 6063-T6), structural sealants, and thermal breaks directly impacts the durability of modern facades. High-precision manufacturing ensures these envelopes can handle wind loads, control heat transfer, and prevent air and water infiltration.
Established in 2009, Aoli Aluminum (headquartered in Sihui, Guangdong, with sales branches in Foshan) designs, extrudes, and processes architectural aluminum profiles. Under our brand "Aolijie", we support large-scale commercial facades and industrial framing projects globally.
Equipped with production lines housing extrusion presses from 900 tons to 2,000 tons. We manage over 100,000 sets of custom and standard structural molds.
We provide in-house finishes, including powder coating, anodizing, electrophoretic coating, PVDF finishes, and realistic sublimated wood grain textures.
Our solutions serve developers, consultants, and contractors in the Middle East, South America, Africa, and Southeast Asia, with a regional office in Malaysia.
Curtain wall systems are evolving to integrate smart technology, sustainable design, and advanced thermal performance. Below are the key developments shaping modern facade engineering:
Modern structures demand low U-values. Polyamide thermal barriers in aluminum frames isolate interior and exterior surfaces to minimize heat loss, lower energy loads, and prevent condensation.
Offsite-fabricated unitized glass modules speed up on-site assembly. This approach helps offset labor shortages, ensures consistent quality, and improves structural water sealing.
Building Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV) turn building skins into power-generating surfaces, helping projects meet zero-carbon targets without compromising aesthetics.
Smart electrochromic glass adjusts tint in response to sunlight, reducing cooling loads and regulating glare without requiring mechanical blinds.

Building Sustainable Cities for the World
We manufacture lightweight, durable, and recyclable aluminum components to support energy-efficient, sustainable urban architecture globally.
To lead as a highly reliable Chinese exporter of architectural systems, known for high client satisfaction, workplace safety, and consistent product quality.
We operate on three simple tenets: Customer First, prioritizing product quality over shortcuts; continuous team development; and safeguarding our brand reputation.
In 2000, our founder Mr. Wong began working in building materials during a period of rapid urbanization in China. He saw a growing need for modern architectural solutions and identified aluminum as an ideal material for structural design due to its weight-to-strength ratio and infinite recyclability.
In 2009, he established the first factory in Sihui, Guangdong, under the brand name "Aolijie". The name reflects our design philosophy:
AO: Combining "A" (Top Tier) and "O" (Option) – designed to be the first choice for engineers.
LI: Representing "Leading Indicator" – staying aligned with industry and building code standards.
JIE: Meaning "Master Work" in Chinese – representing structural precision and quality control.
Established our 10,000 square meter factory in Sihui, Guangdong, setting up our initial extrusion lines.
Secured 13 technology patents and achieved ISO9001 certification for quality management protocols.
Expanded production by building a 100,000 square meter facility, increasing capacity to 100,000 tons per year.
Opened a sales office in Foshan and finalized plans for a regional hub in Malaysia to support international logistics.
Our engineered profiles are used in office towers, commercial complexes, and industrial systems globally. Below are examples of facade designs using our systems:

We utilize rigorous quality control protocols. Each batch is produced under ISO 9001 standards and is subjected to random AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) sampling based on ISO 2859 or ANSI/ASQ Z1.4. Our facility conducts complete testing to ensure high performance:
