Explore our leading custom-engineered extrusions developed for high structural load and outdoor resilience.
The global aluminum extrusion market is undergoing a structural paradigm shift, driven by clean energy transitions, automotive lightweighting, and high-performance building envelopes. According to recent market analysis, the global demand for extruded aluminum products is projected to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of over 6.8%, driven by structural transformations in transportation, solar PV infrastructure, and smart cities.
China remains the epicenter of aluminum extrusion manufacturing, accounting for more than 50% of the world's production capacity. As a leading manufacturer, Aoli Aluminum leverages Guangdong’s highly integrated industrial cluster to deliver high-quality products. By utilizing advanced metallurgy and precise CNC machining, we offer a significant "Information Gain" to global procurement managers: ensuring supply chain stability and high-purity aluminum alloys.
With strict global carbon border adjustment mechanisms (like Europe's CBAM), the environmental impact of structural materials has become critical. Using aluminum—which is 100% recyclable without loss of properties—enables builders and engineers to drastically reduce Scope 3 emissions.
Discover the engineering depth and advanced machinery behind our specialized aluminum profiles.
Equipped with advanced extrusion presses ranging from 900 to 2,000 metric tons. This enables Aolijie to produce highly complex, solid, semi-hollow, and hollow profiles with precise tolerances, matching DIN EN 755 requirements.
We provide extensive coating solutions, including high-micron architectural anodizing, powder coating, electrophoretic coating, PVDF fluorocarbon coatings, and premium natural wood-grain heat transfers.
Specializing in structural grades: 6063, 6061, 6082, and 6005A. We execute targeted thermal processing regimes (T4, T5, T6, T66) to balance mechanical tensile strength, elongation, and corrosion resistance.
Our production facilities cover over 100,000 square meters. Look inside our specialized extrusion and quality control centers.

Developing high-precision aluminum extrusions requires deep metallurgical engineering. At Aoli Aluminum, we utilize pure A00 grade aluminum billets to prevent structural micro-defects. The inclusion of trace elements such as Titanium, Zirconium, and Manganese is monitored with optical emission spectrometers.
Our development roadmap is focused on three main research areas:
Our standard tolerances conform to EN 12020-2 (for high-precision applications) and EN 755-9. Through precise die cooling, we maintain stable mechanical properties across long production lengths.
Precision-extruded profiles designed for clean energy systems, heavy industrial machinery, and modern architectural projects.
The brand "Aolijie" has been closely linked with the growth of China's aluminum extrusion industry. Since 2000, our founder Mr. Wong has worked in the sales and distribution of building materials. Witnessing the rapid urbanization of China, he recognized the potential of aluminum as an environmentally friendly, lightweight, and durable structural material.
In 2009, he established Aolijie in Sihui City, Guangdong, with the goal of producing premium-grade extruded profiles. The brand name "Aolijie" reflects this vision:
A timeline of our transition from a local manufacturer to a global supplier of structural profiles.
Established a 10,000-square-meter manufacturing facility in Sihui City, Guangdong, launching the "Aolijie" brand.
Acquired 13 design patents and established an ISO 9001-certified quality control system.
Invested in expanding our facility to 100,000 square meters, growing our annual output capacity to 100,000 tons.
Established a sales branch in Foshan, Guangdong in 2024, with plans for a Southeast Asian office in Malaysia by 2026.
Our custom profiles are optimized to meet the engineering demands of major global markets.
Extruded brackets engineered using 6005A-T6 and 6061-T6 structural alloys. Anodized up to 25 microns (Class I) to withstand corrosion in humid coastal areas and high salt environments. Designed for rapid installation on utility-scale solar farms.
High-strength, thin-walled structural members designed for EV battery enclosures and floorboards. Our precision extrusions help reduce vehicle chassis weight, improving battery range while maintaining crash protection.
Multi-cavity window and curtain wall profiles utilizing polyamide thermal barriers. Helps building designs comply with energy codes in North America and Europe, reducing overall energy use.
Our architectural and industrial profiles are utilized in commercial projects worldwide.

Quality control is critical for load-bearing aluminum extrusions. Aoli Aluminum maintains an ISO 9001-certified testing facility, executing rigorous quality testing protocols at each production stage. We perform 100% visual inspection along with random AQL sampling (ISO 2859/ANSI Z1.4).

Common questions from engineering partners and procurement managers.
6063 is widely used for architectural applications due to its excellent surface finish and adaptability to anodization. It offers moderate strength. 6061 is a structural-grade alloy that provides higher tensile strength and structural resilience, making it suitable for load-bearing applications like EV chassis floorboards, solar PV frames, and heavy mechanical structures.
Our tolerance control meets EN 755-9 and EN 12020-2 standards. We use automated inline cooling, nitrogen gas die shrouding, and precision CNC profile correction to keep dimensional variation minimal.
Standard custom tooling design, CAD simulation, and die manufacturing take 10 to 14 days. Sample production and mechanical testing take 5 to 7 days. Production begins immediately following customer approval of sample profiles.
For high-corrosion environments, we recommend a Class II architectural anodized coating (20+ microns thickness) or a PVDF (fluorocarbon) finish. These coatings protect against UV aging and salt spray corrosion.
