Explore our comprehensive range of high-tensile structural profiles, weatherproof configurations, and precision mounting elements engineered to meet international industrial standards.
The global market for structural modular framing has witnessed an unprecedented paradigm shift over the past decade. Engineering systems in mechanical assembly, machine building, warehouse automation, semiconductor handling, and aerospace tooling have shifted away from traditional welded steel fabrications. In their place, structural modular framing technologies have emerged as the dominant baseline—with black T-slot aluminum extrusions acting as the cornerstone of this evolution.
Choosing a satin black finish instead of standard clear anodized silver is more than a stylistic choice. Black anodized surfaces provide unique thermal properties, including improved heat dissipation via radiation, making them ideal for high-power electronics framing, automated guided vehicles (AGVs), and cleanroom equipment. Crucially, the deep black oxide layer hides surface scuffs, fingerprints, and operational wear, extending the system's service life and maintaining a clean look in automated facilities.
Utilizing high-tensile 6000-series alloys, these extrusions provide the mechanical strength of structural steel at a third of the density, enabling agile robot gantry movement and lightweight logistics structures.
Designed with standard metric configurations (2020, 3030, 4040, 8080) for easy assembly. T-slots run along all axes, allowing hardware and fasteners to lock in place without drilling or welding.
Our specialized Type II electrochemical anodizing forms a 10 to 15-micron oxide shield. This layer resists harsh chemical washes and atmospheric corrosion, and limits wear during constant adjustments.
Not all black T-slot extrusions perform equally. The mechanical integrity and color stability of the profiles depend heavily on the raw materials used and the quality of the chemical processing line. As a direct-to-manufacturer partner, Aoli Aluminum adheres to strict chemical and processing standards to ensure our structural profiles perform reliably in high-stress industrial applications.
For standard modular framing, Alloy 6063-T5 offers an excellent balance of surface finish quality, complexity of extrusion shapes, and tensile capacity. When maximum load-bearing capability is needed (such as heavy-duty gantry frames or heavy overhead storage cranes), we offer 6061-T6 structural alloys.
By controlling parameters like temperature, extrusion speed, and water-quench cooling rates directly at our manufacturing facilities, we ensure consistent properties. This careful control keeps dimensional tolerances well within EN 755-9 specifications.
A common issue with inferior black profiles is UV fading, which turns the rich black finish into a dull bronze or copper color over time. Aolijie utilizes an advanced organic and inorganic acid-based dye bath coupled with a proprietary hot-water or nickel-fluoride cold sealing process.
This locks the pigment deep inside the microscopic pores of the aluminum oxide layer. Our standard profiles undergo accelerated UV weathering and salt spray testing to guarantee color stability for outdoor applications like solar tracker brackets and sunroom framing.

Aoli Aluminum was established in 2009. From our early days as a local mill, we have grown into a vertically integrated manufacturer that handles design, extrusion, surface finishing, and complex CNC fabrication.
Headquartered in Sihui, Guangdong, with sales and distribution branches in Foshan, Aoli Aluminum operates four production bases. Our facilities feature advanced extrusion lines ranging from 900 tons to 2,000 tons of extrusion force.
With over 100,000 sets of existing extrusion tooling, we can supply standard industrial sections quickly and cost-effectively, bypassing high tooling charges.
To meet growing global demand for complex assemblies, we offer structural CNC machining services, including multi-axis milling, precision tapping, boring, and cleanroom-compliant deburring. This integration helps minimize supply chain complexity for our international partners.

The development of Aolijie mirrors China's growth as a hub for advanced material manufacturing.
In the early 2000s, during a period of rapid urbanization in China, Mr. Wong saw a growing need for sustainable, low-carbon materials. Recognizing that aluminum profiles are light, durable, and highly recyclable, he envisioned building a factory to produce clean, high-precision structural products.
In 2009, he established the first specialized facility in Sihui, Guangdong. The brand name "Aolijie" reflects this focus: AO represents "First Choice," LI refers to "Leading Indicator," and Jie stands for "Master Work" in Chinese.
Our initial 10,000 square meter plant opened in Sihui, Guangdong, focusing on standard profiles.
Obtained 13 utility patents and ISO 9001 certification. We established strict component analysis and hardness testing protocols.
Invested in our new 100,000 square meter facility, increasing our annual production capacity to 100,000 tons.
Opened a dedicated sales branch in Foshan, and started planning for our first overseas office in Malaysia to improve regional support.
To ensure our products withstand demanding industrial environments, every production run is subject to a structured Quality Inspection System. We perform 100% visual inspections alongside random AQL spot checks based on ISO 2859 and ANSI/ASQ Z1.4.
We verify Webster hardness parameters for every production lot to ensure the profiles meet structural load requirements.
Using digital calibrators and optical measurement systems, we verify slot geometries, angle tolerances, and straightness.
We test anodizing layer thickness and perform salt-spray corrosion tests to ensure performance in coastal and chemical environments.
| Evaluation Step | Inspection Standard | Target Threshold | Action on Deviation |

Anodized colors can fade when low-quality organic dyes degrade under UV light, or if the oxide layer isn't properly sealed. Aolijie uses high-grade, UV-stable metal salts and organic dyes. Additionally, our high-temperature sealing process seals the pores of the anodic film, locking in the dye and protecting the color from outdoor exposure and industrial cleaning.
For standard framing, conveyors, and safety guards, 6063-T5 is preferred for its smooth finish and clean extrusions. For heavy structural applications, like high-load overhead gantries or heavy automation platforms, we recommend 6061-T6. It provides about 80% higher yield strength, though it may have a slightly rougher surface finish.
Our standard production line cuts with a precision tolerance of ±0.5 mm. For high-precision applications like linear slider rails or modular 3D printer frames, we can provide precision tolerances down to ±0.2 mm using our secondary CNC cutting and machining centers.
Yes, our in-house CNC shop handles drilling, tapping, counterboring, and custom shape milling. Because aluminum is raw where cut or machined, we can customize your profiles before anodizing so all surfaces, including the interiors of holes, are fully black-anodized and protected.
For standard shapes we have in stock, there is no strict MOQ. For custom shapes requiring new extrusion dies, we generally require an MOQ of 500 kg to 1,000 kg per shape. However, if the order reaches a certain volume, we often offset or refund the initial tool/die tooling costs.
Our engineering team is ready to assist with design files (.DXF, .DWG, .STEP), alloy selection, and surface finish options. Let's build reliable, sustainable modular assemblies together.
