Explore our high-performance stock and custom extruded profiles built to strict international structural tolerances.
As industries worldwide align with decarbonization mandates, the demand for lightweight, recyclable, and highly durable structural systems has surged. Industrial aluminum profiles, particularly those forged from 6000-series structural alloys (6063, 6061, and 6082), have become the cornerstone of modern engineering. They serve as the structural framework for renewable energy systems, high-speed rail transportation, electric vehicle (EV) components, and automated assembly systems.
Aoli Aluminum sits at the intersection of material science and precision manufacturing. By deploying state-of-the-art multi-ton extrusion lines and advanced CNC post-processing, we engineer solutions that perform reliably under severe load distributions, corrosive environments, and intense thermal pressures.
A leading integrated manufacturer driving research, development, and supply-chain assurance from Guangdong to the global market.
Established in 2009, Aoli Aluminum is a professional manufacturer integrating research and development, large-scale production, and global sales. We specialize in manufacturing high-grade aluminum alloy profiles for construction, decoration, and highly specialized industrial applications. Our headquarters are strategically located in Sihui, Guangdong, with specialized branch offices in Foshan, establishing a comprehensive ISO quality management framework that ensures structural integrity across our entire product line.
Our mission is building sustainable cities for the world. Committed to achieving a mutual win-win situation for employees, customers, and society has always been our core business vision.
Leveraging high-capacity extrusions, advanced metallurgy, and precision surface processing.
Our four manufacturing bases host extrusion presses ranging from 900 tons up to 2000 tons. This allow us to manufacture custom geometry profiles, solid bars, rectangular hollows, and heavy-duty structural sections with minimal wall thickness variance.
We provide multiple high-end surface finishes including powder coating, anodizing, electrophoretic coating, PVDF coating, and custom wood grain. Our finishes guarantee weatherability, salt spray resistance, and color retention under high UV exposure.
With our in-house CNC machining equipment, we handle precision milling, tapping, punching, bending, and cutting services. This translates raw extrusions into ready-to-assemble sub-components for EV structures, frames, and thermal solutions.
How Aoli Aluminum structural extrusions solve engineering challenges across clean energy, automotive, and building envelopes.
We supply EV battery enclosures, lightweight floorboards, and heat sinks. Utilizing structural 6000-series alloys, we ensure lightweight mechanical protection, crash-load management, and high thermal dissipation required by heavy duty EV packs.
Our adjustable solar panel mount brackets and flat conductive bus bars are engineered to resist high wind and seismic load combinations. Heavy-anodized layers protect elements against long-term environmental degradation in solar fields.
For sustainable smart cities, we produce custom-made thermal break windows and curtain wall systems. By combining high-precision structural shapes with insulating polyamide break bars, our assemblies improve the overall building envelope U-value.
The history of the "Aolijie" brand and our journey towards becoming an internationally certified aluminum exporter.
"A" stands as the primary letter symbolizing a "No. 1" commitment to excellence, while "O" denotes "Option." Combined, "AO" represents your "First Choice" partner.
"L" refers to "Leading," and "I" refers to "Indicator." Combined, "LI" stands for a manufacturer leading market-trend indicators.
Originating from the Chinese term for "Masterwork," representing our drive to engineer perfect structural components.

A standard aluminum profile factory covering 10,000 square meters was established in Sihui, Guangdong. The brand "Aolijie" was founded to engineer standard structural shapes.
Secured 13 core manufacturing patents and obtained ISO9000 certification, standardizing quality parameters across automotive and electrical sub-categories.
Built a massive 100,000 square meter modern production base. Scaling our annual production capacities up to 100,000 tons with a mold inventory exceeding 100,000 sets.
In 2024, Aoli established an international sales branch in Foshan, Guangdong. In 2026, we will open our overseas logistics and technical office in Malaysia to support localized engineering needs.
Our commitment to performance, load tolerances, and weatherability is backed by advanced laboratory testing.
Every profile batch shipped from Aoli Aluminum undergoes a rigid testing workflow. We perform 100% full visual inspection alongside a 5% secondary spot check. Furthermore, each batch undergoes 8 separate secondary spot-checks and random AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) sampling, strictly adhering to ISO 2859 and ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 protocols.

Aoli structural extrusions integrated into international commercial building sites, manufacturing centers, and energy systems.

In line with the structural shifts in global manufacturing, Aoli Aluminum is committed to a green, digitized, and highly automated production framework. The future of industrial extrusions lies in lower embodied carbon footprint. By sourcing primary aluminum ingots that rely on low-carbon smelting processes, we support our clients in hitting their environmental benchmarks.
Additionally, our incoming Malaysia office will serve as our primary logistics base for Southeast Asian, European, and North American delivery systems. This minimizes international lead times and provides localized mechanical testing, drawing reviews, and custom frame assemblies closer to destination ports.
Gain technical clarity regarding alloy selection, dimensional tolerances, and global supply logistics.
For custom profiles, we follow a streamlined design-to-production workflow. Mold design and manufacturing typically require 10 to 15 days, depending on profile complexity. After mold verification and sample sign-off, mass production is completed within 15 to 20 days.
For structural engineering and machinery frames, we recommend 6061-T6 or 6082-T6 alloys due to their high tensile strength and yield performance. For architectural framing and moderate structural applications where high surface quality is required, 6063-T5 or T6 is preferred.
We provide marine-grade anodizing (coating thickness exceeding 15-20 microns) and PVDF coatings. Both options are certified under international weathering standards to survive harsh environments, coastal sites, and industrial atmospheres.
Our extrusion lines follow precise structural parameters matching EN 755 and ASTM dimensional standards. Additionally, our testing labs use optical projectors and dimensional measurements to ensure that wall thicknesses and angular dimensions remain within strict tolerances.
