Architectural aluminum alloys precision-extruded for structural durability, high thermal-break performance, and advanced weather resistance.
Aolijie integrates raw billet sourcing, thermal matrix engineering, and advanced surface finishing to secure a competitive edge for projects worldwide.
Operates 4 advanced manufacturing bases, managing the process from premium billet formulation (mostly grade 6063 and 6061) through automated extrusion, cooling, and stretching, ending with final surface finishing.
Our extensive tooling library houses over 100,000 architectural and industrial molds. This massive library reduces initial tooling costs and shortens lead times for standard window configurations, thermal breaks, and storefront models.
Equipped for anodizing, electrophoretic coating, PVDF fluorocarbon coatings, organic powder coating, and thermal transfer wood grain finishes, ensuring durability in marine and industrial settings.
Aligning manufacturing, ecological responsibility, and customer satisfaction to build sustainable cities worldwide.
Building sustainable cities for the world. We manufacture low-carbon, highly recyclable aluminum structures that minimize thermal transfer in residential and commercial facades.
To stand as the premier choice for custom global exports while fostering employee growth, working toward our goal to be the Chinese manufacturer with the highest domestic and international customer satisfaction.
Customer First: Customer success drives our actions. Employee Development: Mutual growth through skill-building. Brand Reputation: We never compromise on raw materials or structural testing.

How Aolijie helps developers, builders, and distributors meet international building and architectural specifications.
Building components require strict adherence to safety standards. Our aluminum window frame profiles comply with local build regulations, including:
Aolijie utilizes advanced tools to process window frame extrusions into ready-to-assemble components.
Founded by Mr. Wong in 2009, Aolijie has grown from a regional extruder into an international supply chain partner.
Our founder, Mr. Wong, established a 10,000-square-meter facility in Sihui, Guangdong Province, introducing the "Aolijie" brand to serve the architectural materials industry.
Aolijie secured 13 product patents and obtained ISO9001 certification. We updated our quality control protocols, establishing structural performance baselines for custom glass curtain walls and thermal break systems.
To meet rising international demand, we constructed a 100,000-square-meter production base, scaling our total annual production capacity to 100,000 tons.
Established a commercial sales division in Foshan, Guangdong. Aolijie is currently developing a regional logistics office in Malaysia to streamline distribution throughout Southeast Asia, Oceania, and western countries.
Aolijie manufactures two core product streams: Architectural Building Profiles and High-Stress Industrial Profiles.
Aolijie supplies structural elements for commercial high-rises, residential compounds, and industrial infrastructure.

Technical information and answers regarding specifications, alloys, quality control, and shipping logistics.
We primarily use 6063-T5 and 6063-T6 grades, which offer an optimal balance of tensile strength, corrosion resistance, and surface finish. For larger structures and curtain walls requiring higher load-bearing capacity, we also supply 6061-T6 and 6005-T6 alloys.
Our thermal break window profiles feature high-strength polyamide thermal strips (PA66GF25) crimped between inner and outer aluminum extrusions. This design breaks the thermal bridge, reducing heat transfer, lowering overall window U-factors, and helping buildings meet energy efficiency certification standards.
Standard tooling creation requires 10 to 15 working days, depending on profile complexity. After design approval, we verify profile dimensions using test extrusions. Once verified, mass production requires 15 to 20 days. Tooling amortization agreements are available for volume orders.
For marine or coastal zones, we offer PVDF coating systems (2-coat or 3-coat finishes containing at least 70% fluorocarbon resin) and specialized anodizing treatments (Class I, thickness > 15 microns). This protects components against salt-spray corrosion and UV exposure.
Each batch undergoes a 100% visual inspection and randomized Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) spot checks in line with ISO 2859. We test and record hardness, coating thickness, dimensional accuracy, tensile strength, and adhesion, issuing a Quality Inspection Report before shipping.
Most cargo ships directly from the Port of Shenzhen or Port of Guangzhou, which offer direct ocean shipping routes to major ports worldwide. We package profiles in protective shrink-film, kraft paper, or custom wood pallets to prevent transit damage.
Yes. We provide complete OEM services, including custom protective tape with your brand logo, custom protective cartons, and specialized labeling to streamline receiving and installation on construction sites.
Our engineering team uses finite element analysis (FEA) to verify the deflection limits of cross-sections under specified wind pressure levels. This structural design support helps verify that frame profile configurations comply with regional structural regulations.
