This configuration enables us to extrude simple structural geometries as well as highly complex, multi-cavity, and thin-walled profiles for mechanical assemblies.
Our post-extrusion processes include advanced horizontal and vertical powder coating lines, anodizing chambers, electrophoretic deposition, and PVDF coatings. Furthermore, our dedicated CNC precision center handles precise secondary cutting, stamping, drilling, tapping, and milling tasks, delivering ready-to-assemble solutions directly to our customers.
By offering over 100 structural series and more than 1,000 profile specifications, we meet the needs of architectural glazing systems, safety barriers, heat sinks, and solar frame arrays. Our engineered thermal break technologies are optimized to reduce building thermal transmittance, assisting architectural structures in achieving high energy-efficiency ratings globally.

A standard aluminum profile production factory spanning 10,000 square meters was established and commissioned in Sihui, Guangdong. The founding of the brand "Aolijie" set our core focus: manufacturing high-quality, standardized extruded profiles to meet the infrastructure demands of rapidly growing urban centers.
Focusing on process innovation, we secured 13 unique engineering patents and successfully acquired our ISO9001 quality management certification. This phase established our core research and development framework, laying the groundwork for our high-precision product series.
Responding to robust demand from international markets, we expanded our operations with the construction of a 100,000 square meter facility. This expansion raised our annual output capacity to 100,000 tons, allowing us to supply large-scale global structural projects.
In 2024, we set up a dedicated export sales branch in Foshan to simplify global logistics. Moving toward 2026, we are establishing our new Southeast Asian regional hub in Malaysia. This step will enable direct local technical support and efficient logistics management across international markets.
