Under the brand name "Aolijie", we manage four integrated production bases equipped with extrusion presses ranging from 900 tons to 2000 tons. This configuration enables us to extrude simple structural geometries as well as highly complex, multi-cavity, and thin-walled profiles for mechanical assemblies.

Our post-extrusion processes include advanced horizontal and vertical powder coating lines, anodizing chambers, electrophoretic deposition, and PVDF coatings. Furthermore, our dedicated CNC precision center handles precise secondary cutting, stamping, drilling, tapping, and milling tasks, delivering ready-to-assemble solutions directly to our customers.

By offering over 100 structural series and more than 1,000 profile specifications, we meet the needs of architectural glazing systems, safety barriers, heat sinks, and solar frame arrays. Our engineered thermal break technologies are optimized to reduce building thermal transmittance, assisting architectural structures in achieving high energy-efficiency ratings globally.

2009: Factory Establishment & Brand Creation

A standard aluminum profile production factory spanning 10,000 square meters was established and commissioned in Sihui, Guangdong. The founding of the brand "Aolijie" set our core focus: manufacturing high-quality, standardized extruded profiles to meet the infrastructure demands of rapidly growing urban centers.
