Our brand "Aolijie" is closely related to the development of aluminum profiles in China. Since 2000, our founder Mr. Wong has been engaged in the sales of building materials industry. At that time, China's real estate was in a rapid development trend, marking the official start of China's building aluminum profile industry.
Aluminum profiles are an environmentally friendly, low-carbon, sturdy, and durable material. Mr. Wong was keenly aware of the significance of aluminum profiles for future urban architecture, which will surely benefit the world. Therefore, the dream of producing high-quality aluminum profiles emerged from then on. In 2009, he finally established a factory for aluminum profiles under the brand name "Aolijie".
The nomenclature represents our path to execution:
"A" is the first of all letters and has a No.1 meaning, while "O" refers to "option", so "AO" means "First choice".
"L" refers to "leading", "I" refers to "indicator", so "LI" means "leading indicator".

A standard aluminum profile factory covering an area of 10,000 square meters was established and put into production, located in Sihui City, Guangdong Province. The brand "Aolijie" was founded, dedicated to producing industry-leading standard aluminum profiles.
Based on strict requirements for product quality and production management, we obtained 13 product patents and ISO9000 certification between 2010 and 2016, securing our domestic market footprints.
Due to positive market feedback, we invested in the construction of a 100,000 square meter factory in 2017, increasing our annual output capacity to 100,000 tons with high efficiency extruders.

For custom profiles, tool design and die fabrication typically take 7 to 15 business days depending on the structural complexity of the cross-section. Sample extrusions are provided for customer verification before mass production begins. Once approved, the production lead time is generally 15 to 20 days.
We primarily extrude using 6000 series aluminum alloys (most notably 6063, 6061, and 6082). 6063 is favored for architectural window profiles and complex trim designs due to its excellent surface finish and extrusion characteristics. 6061 is utilized for structural framing, solar racks, and heavy machinery parts requiring high tensile strength and yield stress.
Thermal break profiles feature a low-conductive polyamide barrier (typically PA66 GF25) inserted between the inner and outer aluminum frames. This thermal barrier significantly limits temperature transfer, preventing condensation and lowering heat exchange rates.
