Our headquarters are located in Sihui, Guangdong, spanning a state-of-the-art 100,000 square meter factory floor. To facilitate global trade, customer support, and rapid logistics coordination, we run a key branch office in Foshan, Guangdong. Our four manufacturing bases are configured with heavy-duty machinery to achieve uniform mechanical properties across multi-cavity architectural profiles.
Equipped with a suite of high-precision extrusion presses ranging from 900 tons to 2,000 tons. This allows us to handle complex geometries, ultra-thin wall profiles, and large-cross-section industrial heat sinks or structures.
We feature fully automated vertical and horizontal lines for powder coating, anodizing, electrophoretic coating, PVDF coating, and wood-grain thermal transfer. This ensures excellent UV resistance, salt-spray protection, and color consistency.
Beyond standard extrusions, we offer complete CNC fabrication including precision cutting, drilling, tapping, punching, milling, and welding. This ensures your components arrive ready for assembly lines.

Alloy 6063 offers a high surface finish and extrudability, making it ideal for window frames, curtain walls, LED channels, and decorative trim. Alloy 6061 contains higher magnesium and silicon levels for high structural strength, making it suitable for industrial display racks, machinery frames, and heavy mounting brackets.
We provide structural tempering controls including T5, T6, and T66. For structural architectural curtain walls, we use 6063-T6 or T66 tempering to increase yield strength, wind load resistance, and overall structural performance.
