An analysis of structural demand, alloy chemistry, and market localization dynamics shaping the extrusion landscape.
In the current macroeconomic industrial landscape, high-precision structural extruded aluminum profiles have transitioned from basic architectural components into highly complex, specialized engineering elements. Critical sectors such as photovoltaic power generation, electric vehicle (EV) chassis systems, industrial robotics, automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS), and green building envelopes are collectively demanding unprecedented tolerances and mechanical properties from global suppliers.
The vast majority of structural aluminum configurations utilize 6000-series alloys, primarily containing magnesium and silicon. These alloys exhibit superior responsiveness to heat treatment, exceptional structural weldability, and corrosion resistance. Below is a breakdown of their primary roles:
Founded in 2009, Aoli Aluminum has developed from a dedicated production facility into a globally integrated manufacturer specializing in research, development, and high-volume sales of structural, decorative, and industrial aluminum profiles. Our headquarters reside in the industrial hub of Sihui, Guangdong, while our specialized sales and customer support offices are located in Foshan, Guangdong, putting us in the heart of China’s premium metallurgical cluster.
The "Aolijie" brand represents Mr. Wong's commitment to setting the industry standard for precision extrusions. Mr. Wong, active in the construction materials sector since 2000 during China's massive urban expansion, saw a clear need for high-performance, low-carbon extrusion options. This culminated in our advanced manufacturing plants, which now feature more than 100,000 square meters of production space and have produced over 10,000 patents and custom designs.

Advanced Production Facilities
A deep dive into our state-of-the-art extrusion lines, surface finishes, and post-machining fabrication processes.
Operating four advanced production facilities, we manage the complete lifecycle of profile creation. From design and toolmaking through extrusion, surface coating, and precision CNC fabrication, we ensure tight control over product quality, speed of execution, and cost efficiency.
Our facilities are equipped with 900-ton to 2000-ton extrusion presses, allowing us to extrude standard and custom profiles in widths up to 250mm. With over 100,000 mold designs, we offer quick turnarounds on custom orders.
We provide a comprehensive range of finishes, including electrostatic powder coating, PVDF coatings, architectural anodizing, electrophoretic sealing, and wood-grain thermal sublimation, ensuring long-term durability in outdoor conditions.
For assemblies requiring high precision, our multi-axis CNC machines perform secondary operations like precision cutting, milling, drilling, tapping, punching, and deburring to prepare profiles for direct assembly.
In modern architecture, energy efficiency is key. Our structural profiles utilize advanced polyamide thermal barrier systems, which physically separate the interior and exterior aluminum frameworks. This significantly reduces heat conduction, lowering thermal transmittance (U-factor) and helping projects meet energy performance standards like LEED or Passivhaus certifications.
Our inventory spans across major architectural building systems and automated industrial equipment applications.

Our path of growth, patent collection, and structural capacity expansion.
Inaugurated our 10,000 m² factory in Sihui, Guangdong, initiating production of standard architectural and industrial profiles.
Obtained 13 utility patents and secured ISO9001 Quality System certification, standardizing production protocols.
Invested in our 100,000 m² production base to scale annual capacity to 100,000 tons, meeting global export demand.
Our 100% inspection framework and laboratory diagnostics ensure parts match structural engineering tolerances.
Aolijie quality control relies on systematic laboratory evaluation. We perform AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) inspections based on ISO 2859 and ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 alongside 100% visual checks, ensuring compliance with global specifications.
Our on-site labs conduct mechanical and environmental tests to confirm material behavior in demanding industrial environments:
Our quality checks verify alloy purity, mechanical properties, and surface finish resistance to ensure long-term performance under load. Specially designated chambers conduct UV aging and continuous salt spray tests to guarantee finish durability in coastal and high-humidity locations.

How our integrated operations mitigate procurement risks and reduce structural delays.
Global supply chain efficiency is critical for bulk aluminum procurement. Lead times, export shipping, and customs clearances affect project timelines. Aoli Aluminum maintains direct-to-manufacturer pricing and optimizes transit lines to deliver reliable logistics support.
We source raw billets directly and manage casting, extrusion, and anodizing on-site. This vertical integration reduces dependency on third-party processors, giving us tighter control over lead times and quality. Our exports reach major commercial centers across South America, the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia.
Detailed answers to common questions about technical specifications, lead times, and manufacturing capabilities.
For custom profiles, die fabrication generally takes 7 to 15 days, depending on the design’s geometry and size. Sample approval extrusions are delivered within 3 to 5 days following tooling completion. Production orders typically ship in 15 to 25 days depending on quantities and chosen surface treatments.
For architectural applications exposed to weather, like curtain walls, awnings, and window systems, we recommend 6063-T5 or T6. For load-bearing frameworks or heavier machinery mounts, 6061-T6 is preferred due to its higher yield and tensile strength. Both perform well with protective powder coats or anodized finishes.
Our manufacturing processes follow ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 guidelines. Surface finishes comply with Qualicoat and AAMA standards. Material batches can be provided with full chemical composition and tensile mechanical test certificates upon request.
Our CNC machining centers offer post-extrusion processing, including multi-axis milling, drilling, clean punching, deburring, and precision mitering. This allows us to supply profiles that are ready for immediate assembly on the production floor or construction site.
