Typically, die mold design and engineering approval takes 7 to 10 days. Once the test sample is confirmed, mass extrusion and custom surface treatment requires 15 to 20 days. Marine transit to Ambarlı Port, Istanbul takes approximately 25 to 30 days, while air shipment for micro-machining components can arrive within 5 to 7 days.
For architectural systems (like curtain walls, sliding windows, and exterior louvers), 6063-T5 or 6063-T6 is highly recommended. It offers excellent surface finish properties, good corrosion resistance, and high structural load limits. For heavy structural and industrial frames, 6061-T6 or 6082-T6 is utilized due to superior mechanical yield strengths.
