A standard aluminum profile factory covering an area of 10,000 square meters was established and put into production, located in Sihui City, Guangdong Province. The brand "Aolijie" was founded, dedicated to producing industry-leading standard aluminum profiles.
Based on strict requirements for product quality and production management, we obtained 13 product patents and ISO9000 certification between 2010 and 2016.
Due to positive market feedback, we invested in the construction of a 100,000 square meter factory in 2017, increasing our annual output to 100,000 tons.

Our standard manufacturing lead time is 15-20 days for existing dies, and 25-30 days for custom tooling profiles. We ship directly from our production base in Guangdong via the ports of Shenzhen or Guangzhou. Maritime transit to Barcelona, Valencia, or Algeciras generally takes 28-35 days depending on the shipping line.
The standard MOQ is 1 ton for customized profile shapes. If new dies are required, we offer die cost amortization plans where tooling fees are fully refunded once order quantities pass a predetermined volume threshold (typically 5 to 10 tons).
