Frequently Asked Questions
What aluminum alloy grades are available for the support frames and cable tray profiles?
We offer profiles in 6063, 6061, and 6060 aluminum alloys with T5/T6 temper, providing an excellent balance of strength, corrosion resistance, and machinability suitable for industrial and commercial applications.
What surface treatment options are available, and which is best for outdoor use?
We provide mill finish, powder coating, anodizing, electrophoresis, fluorocarbon coating, and wood grain finishes. For outdoor use, anodizing and powder coating are most recommended due to their superior corrosion and weather resistance.
Can profiles be customized in terms of dimensions, color, and length?
Yes. Standard length is 6 meters, but custom lengths are available. Colors and surface treatments can be tailored to customer requirements. We also support in-house mold development for custom cross-section profiles.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) and typical lead time?
The MOQ is 500kg. Sample and die development typically takes 7 - 10 days, while mass production is completed within 15 - 30 days depending on order volume and specifications.
What value-added processing services do you offer?
We provide comprehensive processing services including drilling, milling, cutting, welding, bending, assembling, and CNC machining, enabling us to deliver ready-to-install components and reduce your production lead time.
How are the aluminum profiles packaged to prevent damage during shipping?
Each profile is wrapped with a protective film to prevent surface scratches. Profiles are then bundled together and wrapped with shrink plastic bags for secure, damage-free transportation to destinations worldwide.
