A standard aluminum profile factory covering an area of 10,000 square meters was established and put into production, located in Sihui City, Guangdong Province. The brand "Aolijie" was founded, dedicated to producing industry-leading standard aluminum profiles.

Our standard alloy recommendations are 6063-T5 or T6 for typical framing, and 6061-T6 for high-load mullions or structural components requiring higher tensile strength. Standard 6063 offers excellent surface finishes and extrudability, while 6061 offers higher load capacity.
Thermal breaks utilize a low-conductive polyamide strip (PA66 GF25) inserted between the inner and outer aluminum frames. This thermal barrier restricts the transfer of heat, keeping building interiors warmer in winter and cooler in summer, lowering carbon emissions and energy costs.
For coastal or high-pollution environments, we recommend PVDF (fluorocarbon) coatings (2-coat or 3-coat systems) or architectural powder coatings certified to Qualicoat Class 2 or 3. Alternatively, a high-thickness anodized finish (20-25+ microns) provides excellent corrosion protection against salt water spray.
Our tooling process is highly efficient. New extrusion dies are typically completed within 7 to 10 working days, and sample profiles are dispatched immediately for client approval. Mass production takes approximately 15 to 20 days post-sample approval, depending on order size.
