Our brand "Aolijie" is closely related to the development of aluminum profiles in China. Since 2000, our founder Mr. Wong has been engaged in the sales of building materials industry. At that time, China's real estate was in a rapid development trend, marking the official start of China's building aluminum profile industry.
Aluminum profiles are an environmentally friendly, low-carbon, sturdy, and durable material. Mr. Wong is keenly aware of the significance of aluminum profiles for future urban architecture, which will surely benefit the world. Therefore, the dream of producing high-quality aluminum profiles emerged from then on. In 2009, he finally established a factory for aluminum profiles under the brand name "Aolijie".

A standard aluminum profile factory covering an area of 10,000 square meters was established and put into production in Sihui City, Guangdong Province. The brand "Aolijie" was founded, dedicated to producing industry-leading standard aluminum profiles.
Based on strict requirements for product quality and production management, we obtained 13 product patents and ISO9000 certification between 2010 and 2016.
Due to positive market feedback, we invested in the construction of a 100,000 square meter factory in 2017, increasing our annual output to 100,000 tons.

By utilizing FSW, we join multiple high-aspect-ratio extruded segments into extra-wide thermal cold plates. This achieves void-free joint lines with minimal thermal resistance, surpassing the dimensional restrictions of typical extrusion presses.
For local hot-spots, we integrate copper heat pipes directly into pre-milled grooves in the extruded aluminum base. This hybrid approach pairs the fast phase-change heat transfer of copper with the lightweight dissipation of aluminum.
We are scaling up production of multi-void microchannel tubes and liquid-cooled manifolds. These profiles feature complex inner geometries to facilitate high-pressure fluid flow, ideal for Electric Vehicle battery packs and server racks.

Our facility houses extrusion presses ranging from 900 tons to 2,000 tons. This machinery enables us to produce custom profiles up to 250mm in circle size. For wider profiles, we utilize advanced post-extrusion techniques such as Friction Stir Welding (FSW) to assemble modular profiles into extra-large configurations.
Alloy 6063 is the industry standard for extrusion heat sinks because it offers superior thermal conductivity (typically around 200-209 W/m·K) compared to 6061 (around 150-170 W/m·K). Furthermore, 6063 provides a smoother surface finish and is easier to extrude into complex, thin-finned structures. 6061 is preferred for structural components that require high mechanical strength.
We provide a comprehensive range of surface treatments in-house. For electronics heat sinks, anodizing (clear, black, or color) is the most common finish. It enhances corrosion resistance, provides electric isolation (under specific anodic layer thicknesses), and increases surface emissivity, which improves radiative heat transfer. We also offer powder coating, PVDF coating, and chemical conversion treatments.
For custom designs, die fabrication and initial sample production generally take 10 to 15 days. Once the samples are approved by the client, bulk production runs typically take 20 to 25 days depending on the complexity of the profiles and secondary processing (such as CNC machining and anodizing).
We follow strict ISO 2859 and ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 quality standards. High-precision calipers, projectors, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) are used in our QC lab to ensure dimensional compliance. For critical mounting locations, we achieve tolerances down to ±0.05mm through precision CNC machining.
