For bi-folding systems, structural deflection is the primary cause of roller failure and seal leakage. Therefore, selecting the appropriate aluminum alloy chemistry and temper is critical. We utilize premium-grade 6063-T5 and 6063-T6 aluminum alloys. The T6 temper, achieved via artificial aging, yields higher tensile strength (up to 205 MPa), which is critical for overhead tracks and heavy-duty frame corners where mechanical stress concentrates.

The story of Aolijie began in 2000, when our founder, Mr. Wong, entered the building materials industry. Driven by the rapid urban transformation of China, Mr. Wong recognized that high-performance, recyclable aluminum profiles would define the future of architectural engineering.

In 2009, he established the first production base in Sihui City, Guangdong Province, launching the brand Aolijie. The brand name carries a clear promise:

How do thermal break profiles prevent energy loss?
Aluminum has a high thermal conductivity. A thermal break profile uses a structural polyamide strip (usually PA66 GF25) to isolate the interior and exterior aluminum sections, stopping temperature transfer and significantly lowering heating and cooling costs.
What is the difference between 6063-T5 and 6063-T6 temper?
