Explore our flagship industrial and architectural profiles precision-manufactured at our Sihui plant.
Slotted aluminum extrusions, particularly T-slot and V-slot profiles, have evolved from basic framing components to the fundamental building blocks of modern industrial automation, mechanical engineering, and architecture. Around the globe, industries are seeking modular, lightweight, and high-strength alternatives to traditional welded steel structures. The capability to assemble, modify, and expand structures without the need for welding, specialized machinery, or intensive labor has transformed manufacturing facilities.
In North America, Europe, and the APAC region, the demand for high-strength aluminum extrusions is driven by the rapid growth of automation systems, robot enclosures, material handling machinery, cleanroom infrastructure, and renewable energy mountings. Global supply chain strategies highlight the necessity of reliable partner factories that deliver dimensional consistency and superior surface finishes (anodized, powder coated, and PVDF). The integration of slots allows for standard fastening elements to fit securely, facilitating fast assembly of complex jigs, testing frames, and conveyor tracks.
From custom mold design to advanced surface finishing, learn how Aoli Aluminum guarantees high capacity and exceptional quality.
Equipped with state-of-the-art extrusion lines ranging from 900 tons to 2,000 tons. This allows us to manufacture complex industrial slotted profiles with optimal grain density and consistent mechanical properties.
Our expansive inventory of over 100,000 mold sets satisfies most standard T-slot and V-slot specifications, minimizing tooling costs and lead times for global partners.
We provide full-spectrum finishing services: Powder Coating, Anodizing, Electrophoretic Coating, PVDF Coating, Wood Grain transfers, and advanced CNC deep processing.
The structural performance of a slotted aluminum extrusion relies on chemical composition and heat treatment. At Aoli Aluminum, we utilize high-purity aluminum alloys, primarily 6063 and 6061 grades, to achieve an optimal balance of strength, lightweight properties, and corrosion resistance.
6063-T5/T6: Renowned for its excellent surface finish and complex extrusion capabilities, this alloy is standard for modular framing systems. It provides a yield strength of up to 170 MPa, ideal for structural framing.
6061-T6: For heavy-duty industrial framing subject to dynamic loads, we supply 6061-T6, which yields up to 240 MPa. This alloy is widely used in EV battery enclosures, solar mountings, and heavy machinery bases.
Slot Profiles and Dimensional Precision: The design of the central hollow cavity and external slots (T-slots or V-slots) must account for concentration stress points. Proper corner radii prevent micro-fissures during the extrusion process.
Our custom molds incorporate structural finite element analysis (FEA) to maximize the moment of inertia relative to weight. This results in structural members that offer load-bearing capabilities similar to mild steel while reducing weight by up to 50%.
Our slotted aluminum extrusions are engineered to integrate seamlessly into complex industrial ecosystems. Key applications include:
Tracing the evolution of the "Aolijie" brand from a local factory in Sihui to a globally recognized manufacturer.
A standard aluminum profile factory covering 10,000 square meters was established in Sihui City, Guangdong. The brand "Aolijie" was founded with the mission of delivering high-quality building and industrial profiles.
With a focus on quality management, the company secured 13 product patents and obtained ISO9001 quality system certification, expanding its market share across multiple domestic industrial sectors.
Responding to growing demand, we built a new 100,000-square-meter facility, raising our annual output capacity to 100,000 tons and establishing a base of over 100,000 mold designs.
In 2024, Aoli opened a strategic sales office in Foshan to support B2B clients. In 2026, we will open our first overseas office in Malaysia, reinforcing our service network across Southeast Asia and global markets.

Our commitment to precision is backed by strict inspection standards: 100% full inspection, 5% secondary spot checks, and 8 checks per batch under AQL ISO 2859 / ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 frameworks.
Ensuring structural integrity across structural applications requires precise raw material verification and post-extrusion testing. At Aoli Aluminum, each production batch undergoes a series of metallurgical and mechanical evaluations.
We operate in accordance with international standards, verifying structural profiles against specified tensile limits, thickness profiles, anodizing wear indices, and micro-dimensional parameters. This ensures that every extrusion profile meets the engineering standards required for automated assembly frames, cleanroom enclosures, and high-performance architectural systems.
Our facility is equipped with dedicated laboratories to perform tensile testing, hardness measurements (Webster & Vickers), coating thickness assessments, salt spray corrosion tests, and UV weather aging tests.

Technical answers to common questions about selecting, specifying, and sourcing slotted profiles.
T-slot profiles feature straight-edged slots designed to secure fasteners (T-nuts, bolts) for static framing applications like machine guards, workstations, and mounting frames. V-slot profiles incorporate angled, chamfered edges inside the slot, allowing specialized wheels (like V-wheels) to roll smoothly along the extrusion. This makes V-slot profiles suitable for linear motion systems, such as 3D printers, CNC routers, and camera sliders.
Our quality control is governed by the ISO 9001 framework. We verify tolerances using precision digital calipers and optical comparators. During extrusion, we control die temperature and cooling speeds to minimize twist and straightness deviation. We perform 100% visual inspection, 5% secondary spot checks, and random AQL sampling (ISO 2859/ANSI Z1.4) on each production run.
For high-load structures, we recommend 6061-T6 aluminum. It has a higher yield strength (about 240 MPa) and tensile strength (about 276 MPa) compared to 6063. For standard modular frames, machine guards, and cleanrooms, 6063-T5 or T6 is often preferred due to its superior surface finish and ease of extrusion into complex thin-walled profiles.
For outdoor and marine environments, we recommend either anodizing (Class I, 15-25 microns thickness) or PVDF (Fluorocarbon) coating. These finishes protect against salt air, acid rain, and solar radiation, preventing oxidation and chalking over years of exposure.
Yes. We have an in-house tooling division with over 100,000 existing molds, and we routinely design and cut custom dies based on CAD drawings (DWG, DXF, STP, IGS). Our engineering team reviews the geometry to optimize flow during extrusion and ensures the profiles meet your mechanical requirements.
Tooling creation and sample approval generally take 10 to 14 days. Once samples are approved, bulk production is completed within 20 to 25 days, depending on order volume and the requested surface treatment. Our 100,000-ton annual capacity ensures stable delivery schedules for large-scale orders.
