For structural applications requiring high load bearing (such as solar framing, machinery structures, and brackets), we recommend 6061-T6 or 6082-T6 due to their superior yield strengths. For thermal management (such as heat sinks, EV coolers, and electrical housings), 6063-T5 or T6 is preferred due to its higher thermal conductivity (approx. 200 W/m·K) and excellent surface finish capabilities.
We extrude profiles conforming to European standard EN 755-9 and American standard ANSI H35.2. For standard runs, dimensional tolerances are maintained within ±0.15mm to ±0.3mm depending on cross-section complexity. For precision parts processed on our multi-axis CNC machines, we achieve tolerances down to ±0.02mm.
Generally, the design and production of custom extrusion dies take 7 to 10 working days. Once the mold is complete, we run sample extrusions and provide physical samples along with dimensional reports within 3 to 5 days. Upon sample approval, full production runs are typically completed in 15 to 20 days.
