Brand Origins

Founded by Mr. Wong in 2009, the "Aolijie" brand emerged during a period of rapid urbanization in China. Mr. Wong realized that high-efficiency aluminum profiles would be the foundation of eco-friendly, low-carbon cities. Today, Aolijie operates four domestic manufacturing facilities, driving engineering progress in high-performance building and industrial applications.

Our brand name represents our core principles: AO stands for "First Choice" (Premium Option); LI represents "Leading Indicator" of performance; and JIE means "Master Work" in Chinese.

Manufacturing Operations

Our main manufacturing facilities in Sihui, Guangdong, span 100,000 square meters. Our corporate sales and international operations are managed out of Foshan, Guangdong. Equipped with extrusion presses from 900 to 2,000 metric tons, we offer comprehensive post-extrusion processes: PVDF coating, precise anodizing, electrophoretic finishes, wood-grain sublimation, and high-tolerance CNC deep processing.

Establishment of the Sihui production facility covering 10,000 square meters. Launch of the "Aolijie" brand to focus on export-grade architectural profiles.

What aluminum alloys are used for window and door profiles?
We primarily utilize 6063-T5 and 6063-T6 aluminum alloys for window and door profiles. How do thermal break profiles improve energy efficiency?
Thermal break profiles feature an insulated polyamide barrier (typically PA66 reinforced with 25% glass fiber) placed between the interior and exterior aluminum sections. How do you package and protect profiles during sea freight shipment?
Every profile is wrapped in a protective film to prevent surface scratches. Bundles are then packed in water-resistant kraft paper or shrink-wrapped. For international container shipping, we secure bundles in heavy-duty wooden crates or steel racks to prevent movement and damage during transit.
