High-precision framing, cladding, and louver solutions optimized for modern architectural specifications in Santiago, Valparaíso, and beyond.
Chile's architecture is shaped by geographical extremes, strict seismic regulations, and coastal climatic conditions. Structural engineering standards such as NCh433 require non-structural decorative materials—like wall claddings, framing profiles, and architectural louvers—to withstand significant lateral drifts without shear failure. Additionally, projects along Chile's extensive Pacific coast (including Valparaíso, Antofagasta, and Concepción) demand exceptional anti-corrosive properties, calling for Class 2 anodizing (20+ microns) and high-durability PVDF coatings.
Furthermore, thermal efficiency is a major focus under Chile's updated NCh1079 energy conservation regulations. The demand for advanced thermal-break aluminum profiles is surging to reduce the U-value of window and door framings across the country's diverse climate zones. For real estate developers and infrastructure contractors in Santiago, securing high-performance profiles that balance cost-effectiveness with performance is a key priority.
Our structural and decorative aluminum solutions are designed and manufactured to meet major global criteria, aligning smoothly with Chilean building codes:
Why architectural firms, distribution networks, and industrial constructors in Chile choose to partner with our manufacturing plants in Guangdong.
From aluminum alloy ingot preparation and extrusion to surface treatment and CNC processing, our entire production cycle is managed in-house. This guarantees consistent physical properties and tight dimensional tolerances for every batch.
Strategically situated near the major shipping ports of Guangzhou and Shenzhen, we offer streamlined FCL routing to Chilean hubs like San Antonio, Valparaíso, and Iquique, with comprehensive export documentation support.
Under the China-Chile Free Trade Agreement (Tratado de Libre Comercio), we supply compliant Certificates of Origin (Form F) to help our clients secure preferential zero-tariff or reduced-tariff entry for their shipments.
Aoli Aluminum was established in 2009 and is a manufacturer that integrates research and development, production, and sales. We specialize in manufacturing of aluminum alloy profiles for construction, decoration, and industry. Our headquarters are located in Sihui, Guangdong, with branch offices in Foshan, Guangdong, and a comprehensive ISO quality management system has been established.
"Our mission is building sustainable cities for the world. Committed to achieving a win-win situation for employees, customers, and society has always been our business vision."
Our brand "Aolijie" is closely related to the development of aluminum profiles in China. Since 2000, our founder Mr. Wong has been engaged in the sales of building materials industry. At that time, China's real estate was in a rapid development trend, marking the official start of China's building aluminum profile industry.
Aluminum profiles are an environmentally friendly, low-carbon, sturdy, and durable material. Mr. Wong is keenly aware of the significance of aluminum profiles for future urban architecture, which will surely benefit the world. Therefore, the dream of producing high-quality aluminum profiles emerged from then on.
In 2009, he finally established a factory for aluminum profiles under the brand name "Aolijie".
A standard aluminum profile factory covering an area of 10,000 square meters was established and put into production, located in Sihui City, Guangdong Province. The brand "Aolijie" was founded, dedicated to producing industry-leading standard aluminum profiles.
Based on strict requirements for product quality and production management, we obtained 13 product patents and ISO9000 certification between 2010 and 2016.
Due to positive market feedback, we invested in the construction of a 100,000 square meter factory in 2017, increasing our annual output to 100,000 tons.
In 2024, we established a sales branch in Foshan, Guangdong, and will soon set up an overseas office in Malaysia in 2026 to support partners in South America and beyond.
Our operation spans 4 specialized production bases equipped with advanced extrusion machinery ranging from 900 tons to 2,000 tons. This tooling capacity allows us to produce complex geometric profiles with uniform wall thicknesses, satisfying both decorative aesthetic details and industrial tolerances.
Our surface finish treatments include powder coating, anodizing, electrophoretic coating, PVDF coating, and wood-grain sublimation. These finishing options are backed by advanced thermal break lines, precision QC checking instrumentation, and custom CNC fabrication centers to handle multi-axis cutting, drilling, and milling for specialized requirements.
Comprehensive structural profiles, windows, doors, and curtain walls tailored to match contemporary architectural styles.
Leverage our library of over 100,000 mold sets to produce up to 100,000 tons annually, serving international projects across South America, the Middle East, and Asia.

Answers to common technical, logistics, and compliance questions from Chilean importers, developers, and engineers.
For coastal zones like Valparaíso, San Antonio, and Antofagasta, we recommend using 6063-T5 or 6063-T6 aluminum alloys combined with Class 2 anodized finishes (thickness ≥ 20 microns) or architectural-grade PVDF coatings. These treatments conform to Qualicoat and Qualanod standards, offering protection against high salinity, moisture, and ultraviolet radiation.
Under NCh433, non-structural elements like interior wall claddings, ceiling profiles, and glass curtain wall frames must accommodate structural drifts during seismic events. Our aluminum extrusions are engineered with flexible snap-on joining systems and structural connection clearances. This allows joints to slide and flex under lateral stress, minimizing the risk of buckling or detachment.
Thanks to the China-Chile Free Trade Agreement (Tratado de Libre Comercio), most aluminum profiles under HS codes 7604 and 7610 are eligible for preferential zero-tariff or reduced-tariff entry. We provide a compliant Certificate of Origin (Form F) along with each shipment. When presented to Chilean Customs, this documentation enables duty-free import processing.
For customized profile designs, mold tooling and sample production take 7 to 10 days. Once the sample is approved, bulk extrusion and surface finishing require 15 to 20 days. Ocean transit from Shenzhen or Guangzhou ports to San Antonio or Valparaíso ports typically takes 30 to 35 days, resulting in an approximate total lead time of 55 to 65 days.
Yes. We possess specialized production lines for thermal-break aluminum profiles, utilizing polyamide structural barrier strips (such as PA66-GF25). These systems reduce thermal transmittance (U-value) for doors and windows, helping architects and contractors comply with NCh1079 thermal insulation requirements across Chile's different climatic zones.
Every shipment includes a detailed Quality Inspection Report covering chemical composition analysis, mechanical properties (tensile strength, yield strength, elongation), coating thickness measurements, and hardness values. Additionally, we provide SGS certificates and ISO compliance documentation upon request to support local approval processes.
