Aoli Aluminum was established in 2009 and is a manufacturer that integrates research and development, production, and sales. We specialize in manufacturing of aluminum alloy profiles for construction, decoration, and industry.
Our headquarters are located in Sihui, Guangdong, with branch offices in Foshan, Guangdong, and a comprehensive ISO quality management system has been established. Our brand is "Aolijie", which owns 4 production bases and is equipped with advanced production lines, including extrusion equipment ranging from 900 tons to 2000 tons.
Additionally, our facilities house surface treatment production lines for powder coating, Anodizing, Electrophoretic Coating, PVDF coating, wood grain, die production, and CNC deep processing equipment. We also maintain a specialized production base for aluminum doors and windows.

We manufacture architectural profiles following the EN 12020-2 precision standard. For heavy-duty industrial framing systems, our standard extrusion procedures run in strict accordance with EN 755-9 specifications. Higher tolerance controls can be maintained upon custom request during die engineering.
We mainly extrude 6000 series alloys. 6063-T5/T6 is our standard for architectural profiles due to its superior surface finish. 6061-T6 and 6082-T6 are utilized for structural industrial bars, heat sinks, and machining blanks where high tensile and yield strengths are required.
