The story of "Aolijie" is tied to the industrialization of aluminium metallurgy in southern China. Our founder, Mr. Wong, began his journey in 2000 in the construction materials market. Sensing a long-term global shift toward low-carbon, durable, and recyclable building frameworks, he established a specialized manufacturing plant in 2009 in Sihui City, Guangdong.

How Our Profiles Support Key Industries Globally
T-slot profiles serve as the foundation for industrial robotic cells, material sorting stations, assembly lines, and conveyor side rails. The profiles permit simple mounting of sensors, safety switches, and pneumatic actuators directly into the slots, reducing system integration costs.
Anodized T-slot profiles are widely used in cleanroom partitions for pharmaceutical and electronics manufacturing. They do not outgas or harbor particulates. Our heavy-duty industrial T-profiles also serve as structural components for utility-scale solar tracker systems.

From Raw Billet to Micro-Precision CNC Machined Component
We melt and cast raw A00-grade aluminum ingots into 6063, 6061, and 6082 alloy billets. This ensures strict control over silicon (Si), magnesium (Mg), and iron (Fe) ratios for optimum mechanical properties.
Our 4 production bases run 900-ton to 2000-ton hydraulic extrusion presses. Billets are heated to 450°C–500°C and forced through custom-engineered dies to produce accurate profile cross-sections.
Profiles are cooled via air or water quench and stretched for straightness. They are heated in aging ovens to achieve the required hardness temper (T5, T6, or T66) and high yield strength.
We offer custom surface finishes: anodizing (clear or color), electrophoresis, electrostatic powder coating (Qualicoat certified), and PVDF coatings for long-term corrosion resistance.
Aolijie's production bases in Sihui and Foshan, Guangdong, place us at the center of the world's most dense aluminium industrial cluster. This proximity grants us direct access to raw materials, die tooling houses, and surface finish processing suppliers.
