Engineered high-performance battery casings and enclosures supporting Australia's transition to localized green power grids, commercial mining fleets, and marine recreational equipment.
An analysis of material needs, environmental conditions, and supply chain demands across the Australian continent.
Australia's raw resource sector, combined with its massive investments in renewable energy infrastructure, creates unique operational environments for structural materials. Extruded aluminum profiles deployed in locations such as the Pilbara, regional solar projects in New South Wales, or coastal marine environments in Queensland face extreme UV exposure, high thermal fluctuations, and corrosive salt air.
To ensure structural longevity, local engineering firms and developers demand structural profiles that comply strictly with AS/NZS 1866. The specification of chemical composition, mechanical limits, and dimensional tolerances is critical to prevent fatigue failure in load-bearing structures. Aoli Aluminum integrates raw ingot sourcing with state-of-the-art thermal treatment to produce profiles that meet these strict parameters, ensuring high structural reliability for heavy-duty applications.
All structural extrusions exported to Australia must pass strict checks for tensile strength, yield stress, and elongation limits. We ensure every batch of 6000-series alloy meets these requirements, accompanied by full Mill Test Certificates (MTC).
Aoli Aluminum was established in 2009. We are a vertically integrated manufacturer that brings together research and development, custom extrusion, surface finishing, and high-precision CNC machining under one quality system.
Our operational headquarters in Sihui, Guangdong, and our customer support center in Foshan, run a unified ISO 9001 quality management framework. Guided by our mission to build sustainable, efficient infrastructure worldwide, we focus on delivering reliable structural solutions that help our distribution partners and industrial clients build stable supply chains.
The development of the "Aolijie" brand from a local specialist factory into a trusted global extrusion supplier.
Founded by Mr. Wong, who began working in architectural building materials in 2000, our brand is built on a focus on material efficiency and structural integrity. Seeing the transition toward sustainable metal alloys, Mr. Wong set out to build a modern production system designed to produce clean, close-tolerance profiles.
The name Aolijie is built on our core principles: AO represents choosing quality first, LI represents leading industry standards, and Jie represents master-level execution. This name represents our commitment to providing dependable, precision-engineered products to commercial markets worldwide.
We established our first 10,000-square-meter facility in Sihui, Guangdong, installing our first production lines and launching the "Aolijie" brand.
During this period, we earned 13 product design patents and secured ISO 9001 certification, standardizing our manufacturing steps and quality protocols.
Responding to growing demand from overseas markets, we invested in our current 100,000-square-meter facility, raising our total manufacturing capacity to 100,000 tons per year.
With our sales office in Foshan fully operational, we are building local service capabilities in Southeast Asia and Oceania, including a new regional support team.
Inside our integrated production lines, showcasing custom extrusion, aging ovens, surface coating, and CNC machining operations.

Every batch of extrusions undergoes comprehensive testing in our internal laboratory to verify dimensional accuracy, mechanical performance, and coating durability.
We operate on a zero-defect quality protocol. Structural and architectural profiles must withstand environmental factors such as wind load pressures, coastal humidity, and thermal cycles.
Our quality control process starts with raw materials. We only use high-purity aluminum ingots, verifying their composition before extrusion. Every production batch undergoes a systematic inspection plan including:
Chemical Analysis
Tensile Testing
Hardness Testing
Dimension Checks
Coating Testing
Salt Spray Testing
A look at some of the structural and architectural projects we have supplied in key Australian markets.
We supplied anodized 6005-T6 aluminum mounting rails and structural brackets for large commercial rooftop solar arrays across New South Wales, providing long-term corrosion resistance in high-UV coastal areas.
Designed and extruded custom thermal-break window frame profiles and architectural curtain wall supports for modern multi-story office buildings in metropolitan Victoria, supporting energy-efficient design goals.
Supplied heavy-walled battery housing components and custom cooling fins for modular energy storage stations, facilitating heat transfer and protection in high-ambient-temperature regions.

Innovating for a lower carbon footprint and higher material performance.
With global markets shifting toward lower environmental impact materials, managing carbon footprint across the manufacturing lifecycle has become a priority. Aoli Aluminum is committed to integrating sustainable manufacturing practices into our operations.
Our strategic roadmap includes upgrading our melting furnaces to improve thermal efficiency, using a higher ratio of clean post-industrial recycled billets, and expanding our line of thermal-break profile designs. These improvements help reduce energy consumption in heating and cooling systems, helping our clients meet their local environmental targets.
